Pastis 1811

Description :

A unique pastis with a fine, delicate taste, awarded a silver medal in 2021 at the competition for the best French spirits in Asia.

Pastis 1811 is a genuine traditional pastis obtained by maceration and distillation (under controlled temperature) of various rigorously selected seeds and plants (wormwood, mugwort, gentian, licorice, star anise...). Distillates are aged for a minimum of 9 months in attic casks, then blended.
