Grandes Distilleries Peureux Massenez, supplier of the Michelin Guide France 2023 ceremony

The Massenez distillery has become the center of the gastronomic world during a dinner in the heart of its distillery.

As part of the MICHELIN Guide France Ceremony which took place on March 6 in Strasbourg, the Massenez distillery received the beating heart of French and European gastronomy for an exceptional dinner for over 500 guests.

During this anthology dinner, to which all French and European three-star chefs were invited for the first time, as well as French 2-Star Chefs, among others, the spotlight was on Alsatian heritage, particularly through Massenez Eaux-de-Vie and Fruit Liqueurs, whose know-how has been shining for over 150 years.

This unprecedented traditional meal was orchestrated by Gérard Goetz (chef and owner of "Chez Julien" in Fouday) in collaboration with the Chefs of the Etoiles d'Alsace.

An unprecedented gathering of chefs that further establishes Alsace as one of the jewels of French gastronomy and Massenez as the essential partner of starred tables for more than a century and a half.

Among the starred chefs: Christophe Bacquié, Gilles Goujon, Olivier Nasti, Mauro Colagreco, Arnaud Donckele, Arnaud Lallement, les frères Tourteaux, Jean-François Piège, Christian Sinicropi, Yoann Conte, Pascal Bastian, Paul Stradner, Franck Putelat, Emmanuel Renaut, Eric Frechon, Gérald Passedat, Pierre Gagnaire, Régis et Jacques Marcon, Stéphane Buron, Alexandre Couillon, Jean Sulpice, Alexandre Mazzia, Kei Kobayashi, Christophe Hay, Glenn Viel, Christian Le Squer et Stéphanie Le Quellec.

Michelin Star Revelation Ceremony at the Palais de la Musique et des Congrès in Strasbourg

At the end of the ceremony which took place in Strasbourg, the Grandes Distilleries Peureux Massenez, accompanied by Pierre Boueri, their expert mixologist and David Palanque, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Barman 2018, had the privilege to orchestrate the bar of "Cocktail et after party".
