This collection pays homage to the Chinese Zodiac, it is the fruit of many travels, initiatory immersions, intimate sharing, so many sources of inspiration that will give life to each of the twelve Liqueurs illustrating each animal of the Zodiac to which this homage is paid.
A celebratory liqueur
Ox & Roses is the Liqueur that celebrates the Year of the Ox, a sign with Yin polarity and Earth element, animated by a feminine energy.
The blue and red colours give it protection and the flowers that favour it are the rose or the peach blossom.
The tasting note
Aspect : The Ox & Roses liqueur has a "GOLD" colouring which comes exclusively from the natural colour of the Peach and Cognac infusions.
Nose : From the very first inspiration, a whole world of great delicacy takes shape, where the very floral scent of the Rose and the very fruity scent of the Peach fade into a more full-bodied and bewitching finish.
Palate : We find this gradation between the rose blossom and the fruitiness of the Peach, giving way to the power of the Cognac at the end of the mouth.
