CRÈME DE CASSIS

Description :

This crème de cassis is obtained from the best fruits rigorously selected, which gives it its incomparable taste and aroma. This same rigor is applied to all our fruit creams and liqueurs.

To be enjoyed chilled and pure on ice cubes or by pairing it with white wines, champagne, crémant...

Also to be used on ice as a topping.

Information complémentaire :

The liqueurs have an alcoholic degree ranging from 15 to 55% vol. with a minimum sugar content of 100 grams per liter. Those with a higher sugar content (at least 250 grams per liter) are called "creams". Crème de cassis must have a minimum sugar content of 400 grams per liter.
