Fruit Eaux-de-Vie

The origin of fruit eaux-de-vie dates back to the 17th century when an apothecary monk from eastern France, in search of an elixir for long life, had the idea of burning fermented cherry pulp. He had just invented kirsch.... Since then, the Master Distillers have completed this art, which begins in the orchard, with the selection of fruits from the best terroirs, benefiting from the best sunshine and reaching the right maturity. From luxurious bottles to traditional flutes, from classic to the most modern flavours: Pear, Apple, Raspberry, Elderberry, Strawberry... The eaux-de-vie of the Grandes Distilleries Peureux will transport you with their finesse and elegance on the palate.
